Mr. Joe Dallas
He is an author, Biblical Counselor, and public speaker. He received his master’s degree from Vision University, and has authored 9 books on human sexuality from the Biblical perspective. Joe lectures extensively in the United States and internationally, and his articles have appeared in Christianity Today magazine, the Christian Research Journal, and the Journal of the Christian Association of Psychological Studies. He is the Founder of CloudFire Ministries, where he and his wife Renee have served in ministry focused on sexuality and theology for 38 years.

Dr. Melvin Wong
Dr. Melvin Wong, Ph.D., is a licensed clinical psychologist in California with a distinguished career spanning academia and pastoral counseling. Formerly an Assistant Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at UCSF, he also served as Honorary Director of the Pastoral Counseling Program at Hong Kong Baptist Theological Seminary and Director of the Chinese Clinical Counseling Master’s Program at Columbia International University. His clinical focus includes sexual abuse prevention and recovery, healthy masculinity development, gender identity formation, and care for individuals navigating LGBT conditions. Dr. Wong integrates psychological expertise with pastoral sensitivity to foster healing and holistic growth.

She is an author and speaker sharing her powerful testimony of Jesus Christ rescuing her from a transgender identity. She teaches on transgenderism and God’s design for humanity as male and female. Featured on radio, TV, video—including the documentary In His Image—and at conferences, schools, and churches, her autobiography Transgender to Transformed inspires many. With husband Perry, she leads Eden’s Redemption ministry, equipping believers with biblical truth on gender and sexuality.

Mrs. Rocio Sifuentes
She was born in Panama City, Panama, moved to the U.S. at 14 with her missionary family. Married 33 years to Juan, she is a mother and grandmother. After 41+ years in ministry, Rocio walks a personal journey: her daughter is currently involved in the LGBT lifestyle. Holding fast to faith, she waits and prays for her daughter’s return, vulnerably sharing hope. As event coordinator, administrator, and translator for Eden’s Redemption and The Fervent Heart Ministry, Rocio uses her testimony to encourage parents and pursue family restoration.

Mrs. Renee Dallas
She serves alongside her husband, Joe Dallas, at CloudFire Ministries and is the founder of WifeBoat, a ministry supporting wives impacted by their husband’s sexual and gender identity struggles.
A Bible teacher and speaker, Renee ministers at churches and conferences with a focus on spiritual formation and strengthening the local church. She is certified in biblical counseling through the Christian Counseling & Educational Foundation.
Renee is a credentialed minister with the Assemblies of God and serves on the Board of Elders at Mesa Church in Irvine, where she teaches, leads ministry teams, directs the prayer team, and hosts the Setting the Table podcast.

This course will focus on counseling individuals with challenges relative to sexuality, including same-sex attraction, gay, lesbian, and transgender issues. The aim is to equip lay counselors with both theoretical foundations and practical skills to minister effectively in these areas. Both instructors will draw on their personal experience as well as their 39 years of professional experience counseling clients impacted by sexuality-related issues.
